Qualification Requirements
To maintain our high standards of service, we require all carrier partners to meet the following qualifications.
Operating Authority
- Active DOT/MC number for at least 12 months
- Good standing with FMCSA
- Satisfactory safety rating
Insurance Requirements
- Auto Liability: Minimum $1,000,000
- Cargo Insurance: Minimum $100,000
- General Liability: As required by load type
- Worker's Compensation: As required by state law
Safety Standards
- Clean CSA scores
- No major violations in past 24 months
- Regular equipment inspections and maintenance records
Equipment Requirements
- Well-maintained fleet (trucks no older than 10 years preferred)
- GPS tracking capability
- ELD compliance
- Proper equipment for load types
